Investment Aim

To enable investors to allocate a portion of their assets to investment in property, without acquiring a directly held portfolio. The fund is designed around the investor and we can offer a first year fixed rate on bonds for those that want the assurance of a set known return in their first year. This rate is also above industry standard. Vor does not charge any fees for investing into any of our bond products and there are no management fees throughout the term of any of our bonds.

The long-term objective of the fund is to outperform similar institutional pooled vehicles, through a diversified range of property projects throughout the world. Supporting companies in the early stages  of a project until they achieve a successful turning point in the project, then we exit. This provides us a strong return on each project based on the GDC & GDV without having to take the higher risk in remaining until the projects completion. On a development project we'll usually be out before construction begins, so if the global climate changes we can adapt very quickly. We also hold first charge or full wealth collateral on all investments to make our side as secure as possible. Additionally we'll support larger firms via secure short term bridging loans to provide a regular stream of liquid income in case any investor needs to exit quickly.

Nanami Hotels & Estates

A Terrific Partnership

Nanami Hotels started just before the global lockdown and had positions on eight stunning properties and were set to become a new top end boutique hotel brand. As with all businesses, this time changed many things. After lockdown everything needed to be reviewed once again. Their attention to detail and desire to not allow investment until every question had been answered let us know we had discovered something really special. They have now altered there business plan to include small high end residential developments that run alongside the larger longer term projects. Nanami now looks set to make a huge impact in the industry.
